Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.
Most classes have mixed ability so our staff will run classes which are more specific to ability/fitness level. However, regardless of ability or fitness level the Cardio Tennis Leader is trained to provide the ultimate workout for each person. The program will start Monday June
17th and be held on Mondays and Saturdays 9:00-10:00 and Thursday evenings 6:30-7:30. The fee will be $20.00 per class with the third class each week free. We will have weekly sign-up with 4-8 people per class.
